We are looking for the Area Sales Director Central Europe at various locations in Germany and in Central Europe. The purpose of this job is overall commercial responsibility of the sales area and driving profitable growth by ensuring strong margin management.

The Area Sales Director will be responsible for the implementation of sales strategy according to the regional strategy and making sure that resourcing is meeting the targets and growth ambitions.

The Director will enable area teams to achieve their goals by providing leadership and coaching.

What you will do :

Enable the organization to execute business strategy and achieve goals. Provide sales direction in profitability, volume, and product mix.

Be responsible of the overall sales result in the area. Understand industry trends and needs to see the bigger picture of UPM Raflatac��? s position in the market.

Provide sales leadership, direction and develop strategy within the area and region. Support recruitment, coaching, and managing of high performing area teams.

Participate in corporate strategy and business planning for region and implement the EMEIA commercial model in the area.

Be responsible for margin management in the area. Participate in the Go-To-Market definition on region level and translate it into actions in the area, focusing on the spearheads.

You are a result driven individual with High Integrity, Initiative, Team Leadership, and ability Coach and develop a high-performance team.

You are able to effectively demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and accelerate sales growth. You have very good oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate well with a diverse constituency.

You are able to work cross functionally in a matrix organization. You live in and are familiar with the assigned Sales Area.

You can demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and accelerate sales growth. You are fluent in German and English (min. B2).
